Section 01

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the d63jl website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at d63jl.com.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on the d63jl platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your d63jl account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or incentives credited to your account by d63jl under a specific promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a game or sporting event through the d63jl platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm your identity and age before processing withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that oversees online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to the d63jl platform is restricted by law or by d63jl's operational policies.

Section 02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the d63jl platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the d63jl platform.

These Terms are effective as of the date displayed above and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and d63jl relating to your use of the platform.

Section 03

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the d63jl platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. d63jl enforces this requirement without exception.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by d63jl's operational policies.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of d63jl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

d63jl conducts age and identity verification as part of its KYC process. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as an SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport — before withdrawals are processed. Providing false information during registration or KYC is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Section 04

Account Registration

To access real-money games and features on the d63jl platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active d63jl account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. d63jl uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. d63jl is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d63jl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. d63jl will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact d63jl support immediately via live chat.

Account Verification

d63jl may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

d63jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and PNB. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits are generally credited to your d63jl account instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one to three banking hours for bank transfers. d63jl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and PNB are processed within one to three banking days.
• d63jl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

Currency

All transactions on the d63jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). d63jl does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

d63jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• d63jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of technical errors, will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.
• Where a player has active bonus funds, real-money funds will be used first for wagers unless the platform specifies otherwise.
• d63jl's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Section 07

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the d63jl platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across the entire d63jl platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. d63jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, d63jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will not be accepted and will be returned to the player's balance.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. d63jl's trading team reserves the right to void markets where the integrity of the event is in question.
• d63jl is not responsible for any losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side during a game session.
• The house edge for each game is inherent to the game's design and is not modified by d63jl. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots are published by the respective game providers.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the d63jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one d63jl account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the d63jl platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving services from d63jl.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing d63jl staff or other players through any communication channel.

Section 09

Responsible Gaming

d63jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to support those players seriously.

Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all d63jl account holders and can be accessed directly from the account dashboard after completing your d63jl login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the d63jl platform — including but not limited to the d63jl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of d63jl or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the d63jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any d63jl content without prior written consent.
• Use the d63jl brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on d63jl's platform, games, or content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the d63jl platform.

Any unauthorized use of d63jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 15.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, d63jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your d63jl account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

d63jl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond d63jl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension due to prohibited conduct.

The d63jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, d63jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Section 12

Account Suspension & Termination

d63jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or payment processors.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under 21 years of age.

Upon account closure for cause, d63jl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by d63jl, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting d63jl support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Section 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with d63jl through the following process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to d63jl's customer support team via live chat. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved through live chat, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including your account username, the date of the incident, and the outcome you are seeking.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If d63jl's response to your formal complaint is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

d63jl commits to responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

d63jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, d63jl will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the d63jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will govern that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments.
